Sonoma Flatbreads was launched as a healthy-alternative deli section pizza in 2009. As the segment (and consumer's tastes) broadened, the line evolved. A lot of the design choices were made by buyers for large chains. In 2021, I was tasked with reevaluating the visual identity and design. 2 finalist designs were chosen after 6 rounds. Uniting and coalescing 3 separate product lines: Gluten Free, Vegy Crust™, and Keto. The project stalled just before we did consumer testing, and Sonoma Flatbreads was licensed to another company. *Sigh* But, I am extremely proud of the work produced and happy to present it here.
